Welcome to Still Generating... By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who we are

Still Generating ("we", "us") is an independent apparel brand. You can reach us any time at hello@stillgenerating.com.

2. Our products

We sell limited-run graphic apparel. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished garment, and because each shirt is garment-dyed, small variations in shade and character are normal and part of the product, not a defect.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time before you order. We take reasonable care to display prices and details accurately; if an obvious error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and fully refund an order (for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we can't ship to your location). See our Shipping and Returns policies for timelines, cancellations, and delivery.

5. Intellectual property

The Still Generating name, designs, phrases, graphics, and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written consent. You're welcome to wear the shirt and photograph yourself in it.

6. Independence disclaimer

Still Generating is an independent brand inspired by the culture of AI-assisted coding. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, Shopify, or any other AI, company, or tool brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
